Beautiful property run very professionally and personally. Restaurant had some of the best food we had throughout Switzerland. Room was really well appointed and very comfortable with incredible views of the village and mountains.

Getting up is quite an adventure already😍 if u are a skier can use a tbar lift or can rent a moutaint taxi- cool experience for family:) you can also walk up the slope but it is quite steep. The best part is after 17 when all skiers are gone you have this quite place surrounded by mountains and forest to yourself! View from the window is amazing .

Wellness Hotel Stoos is located in Stoos, a quiet car free mountain village,1300 metres above sea level, above Brunnen on the Lake of Lucern. Location, Spa facilities and quiet hotel, it’s been designated for exceptional moments. The girl at reception offered me a room with balcony and upgraded me without extra fees. I will never forget my moments here.

Gästehaus by Stoos Hotels er gististaður með garði og bar í Stoos, 30 km frá Einsiedeln-klaustrinu, 40 km frá KKL-menningar- og ráðstefnumiðstöðinni í Lucerne og 41 km frá Chapel-brúnni. Loved the hotel and location on mountain top. Breakfast was excellent, great selection of foods.

Gipfelrestaurant Fronalpstock er staðsett í Stoos, 1922 metrum fyrir ofan sjávarmál og við hliðina á 4er Sesselbahn Fronalpstock og 6er Sesselbahn. One of the best locations in my life. Standing at the terrace and watching the sunset over Lake Luzern was just outstanding. Great, very friendly staff, together with delicious food. Can you imagine anything more?

This place was delightful in every way. On arrival, we were greeted warmly by the host and one of her five children. We were shown around our room and to the kitchen, which we were free to use. The room was beautifully set up, with lovely touches including a jug of drinking water on the table, and some individually wrapped cookies, which were vegan (a bonus for us, as usually we can't eat any chocolates or cookies). A little later, the host came to see us again with another of her children, to collect our payment. Again, their interaction with us was extremely warm and friendly. The room had a wonderful wall-length heater, which kept it warm, and a really nice combination of lighting, including a standing lamp with a dimmable bulb, and bedside lights. The bathroom was immaculate. The shower screen was so clean that it looked brand new - it had no streaks or water/soap marks on it, and the towels were folded to perfection. We spent two nights here but could have stayed longer due to how lovely it was. On the morning of our departure, the host came to see us to make sure we said goodbye when we left. She was so friendly and lovely. I cannot fault this place at all; it easily deserves a 10 out of 10.
