Though the breakfast is large and satisfying, it's predictable...exactly like that of other Diego de Almagro hôtels in the chain (I've done 4 now). I knew breakfast was included in the price, but I thought it would be just the usual basic Chilean breakfast. Luckily I was wrong. It was a great breakfast buffet. It would be considered quite decent even in places like Germany. The location is excellent. Less than a minute walk from the main square in town, not far from the produce market and the shopping mall.

Situated in tranquile location about 2.4 km outside of Las Trancas, Hotel y Cabañas Borde Andino offers accommodation with free WiFi access and private parking. Very spacious and comfortable 2 floor cabin, with toilets on both floors, comfortable beds. Tiny kitchen but equipped. We stayed during the off season and it was very calm and relaxing. However, I assume that during the pick season it’s crowded and noisy.
