The Quality Inn & Suites Palm Island Indoor Waterpark is less than one mile from Batavia Downs Casino. I was skeptical going to the hotel based on the reviews but our room was amazing. Large, very clean and bedding looked new. Bathroom was also very clean. Staff were very friendly. Large parking lot. Lots of shopping and restaurants in walking distance . Fridge and microwave worked great. Not far from Darien Lake. The children (12 and 10) enjoyed the waterpark and went both days in the morning. They also loved the arcade which was reasonably priced to play. Kids have asked to go back as they loved the hotel. Lots of outlets to plug in 4 different devices. Good size TV.

The cleaning ladies were always a available when you needed anything for the room. It will be my go to place when I go back.
