The food at the restaurant is delicious and the quantities are generous. They are able to accommodate intolerances, which does not always happen in places with a set menu. The hotel is spacious, with different environments (terrace, lounge, restaurant). The spa is very nice as well, however, the cap is required for the pool. I felt like I was rewarded for the holiday again with warm care and kindness at the hotel staff. They hotel staff are so professional, have a flexible mind and are always kind to me, so I have a lot of fun. Variety of breakfasts and quick service dinners were the best for us with small children. And Clean bed linen and toilet, perfect room temperature 👍🏻

Rooms are celaned every day. The hotel has sauna, spa, wellness and fitness room. Theres is also room for skis. Breakfast and dinner were very good. Hotel is located very close to Kronplatz.

Breakfasts and four course dinners were delicious, and we also liked the sauna world in the hotel. The bus stop for ski bus is close to the hotel, witch was very convenient.

The building was historical and beatiful, for example our hotel room door was like a castle door (see the picture). And even though there was a heat wave, the rooms were cool probably due to thick stone walls. Breakfast was good.
