Make SURE you complete ALL of the pre-arrival details after booking. You need to register a copy of your passport and a facial photo in order to get the code for entry. There is VERY little in the area around the facility. It's on a major road in an industrial area -- all supporting airport operations. However, there IS a golden nugget. A 5-minute walk will find you at a cafe run by a nice guy from Iraq. They have a buffet but you can also get food to go. It's very nice and very fairly priced. Great location near the airport for an overnight stay. Nothing fancy but reasonable. Price was fair. Dinner in the Bistro was OK, steak was good but expensive, as expected in a hotel. I found it concerning that glass, glasses were in the bathroom with a tile floor and marble countertops. One slip and it could be a dangerous mess. They were just sitting on the counter, clean but not wrapped in any sustainable, sanitary packaging. Reusable - Yes but Best Choice - not sure. Don't miss breakfast. Huge selection of great foods. My dinner experience was extremely over priced and not good. Breakfast was slightly better. I had no complaints about the room or the service. Generally this was a good place to stay when traveling. The signage to the hotel was very confusing.

Vantaa was a vibrant city.
Vantaa was a vibrant city. Especially more busier in the central area near the harbour. As it was a planned short layover in the city, we do what most tourists would do. Did the ferry to Suomenlinna castle sea fortress. It was a good season for baby breath, hence we see a lot of it while we drive to Sipoonkorpi National Park.

What we liked most was the wonderful forest walks very close by and the climb up the steps and tracks of the man made hill, within the forest area. We had a rental car and drove into the city center but the station and a shopping mall with restaurants were also good.

I really liked the design of the hotel, restaurant, lounge area. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. I had a great night's sleep before my flight to America after an 8 hour bus ride from St. Petersburg to Helsinki. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was very tasty and inexpensive, and the breakfast was amazing! Many thanks to everyone who works at the hotel!

I stayed there multiple times already, it's an easy walk from the hotel to the airport with no hassle: check in and check out are self-managed, you don't need anyone to do it. The bathrooms and showers are shared but I found them to be pretty clean. The room is clean and not the most comfortable place you've stayed in but perfect for me for a overnight stay.

Our room was small but comfortable, clean and quiet with a very good shower. There is a cafe in the complex with very good food and the breakfast had the best variety and the most tasty food we have had. When we arrived in Helsinki from China for more than half a day, it is a good rest place for us of three. The direct flight from Beijing to Helsinki is elminated due to the pandemic lockdown and it is still not resumed. When I have some problems on my receipt, the reception desk staff actively help me to cope with the issues. The hotel is also close to the train to the city center. We had a very comfortable stay and Jarkko helped us with any problems we had! The main bonus to this place is the sauna!! We loved it!! We hope to stay here again when we next come to Finland!
