Los cuadros y el ambiente de época que se respiraba
It was clean and spacious but it had no towels. You had to make up and change your own bed. It was student accommodation but not at student prices. It was also noisy and not really suitable for tourists. I would not recommend it.

This would be a great place to stay for a holiday with the family or as a couple, in the summer when all the facilities eg pool, restaurant and bar are available. The accommodations is excellent and gives some flexibility with meals, eg microwave, fridge, freezer. It is a short car journey into Jaca and the locality also gives the opportunity for walking.

Great town to visit for everyone that is looking to explore the Pyrenees or just to relax at the pool. There are a lot of holiday homes so depending on the season it can be quiet or busy. Skying is possible in winter. Lot of restaurants in the city center to choose from.

Jaca is a handy base for the western Pyrenees with a lot of great bar and restaurant options. The town itself is fairly scruffy but is improved considerably by the large park in the centre with partial Pyrenean views. There are much cuter villages around but Jaca is a good option if you want a bit of buzz in the mountains.

We have stayed in Jaca on many occasions over the years on our annual drive from the UK to Torrevieja in SPAIN. Lovely quaint town with plenty small bars to sit and enjoy the sunshine and watch the world go by. Good selection of restaurants to choose from and moderate prices. Very clean and well looked after with a myriad of narrow streets to explore with shops to visit. Lovely place to visit
Large room with sofa and table as well as a balcony overlooking the pool. We enjoyed using this after a long drive and it had been remodelled since I made the booking - it is now circular. A short walk into town to the Ciudadela and cathedral. Parking is safe in the hotel's underground car park, which you do have to reserve before arrival. Once checked in, the lift takes you from the car park straight up to your room floor.
This is a lovely little hotel. We booked last minute for a very good price. It's situated really well in Jaca with lots of bars and restaurants around. We had a drink in the bar. The whole hotel was very clean and our room was clean and comfortable. We slept very well. The shower was good. Staff were all cheerful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
The hotel has a very good location and it's breakfast was very good, and very good value, as is the room rate. I liked that the room had a mini bar. The young man who was the receptionist the morning that I left was extremely helpful and efficient in changing my date of departure. I really appreciated his efficiency and helpfulness. The shower was good.
We were lucky to get an upgrade to a bigger room with private terrace and seating area. Very spacious.
The landlord is extremely welcoming and helpful. It was a pleasure to stay with them.
We particulary appreciated the tip of the best tapas bar in Jaca. He sure was right: we went there two days in a row for fantastic tapas.
Location outside the city center, so a bit more quiet
Friendly reception and helpful front desk team
Parking possible on site (on the street and in a private garage for a fee)
Two supermarkets right next to the hotel
Junior Suite nice and roomy with a nice balcony
Nice bathroom
Decent breakfast selection
Jaca is a beautiful city in the heart of the Pyrenees and El Balcón de la Catedral is perfectly placed to enjoy the city. The apartment was big, very nicely appointed and in a fabulous location and Carmen was a fantastic host.
Wonderful staff, large and comfy room, good breakfast. Much appreciated the secured motorbike parking.
Excellent city and the hotel is a good base for exploring the region.
Wonderfull house, more than I expected, excellent location, facilities, hosts owners, beds, tv, if I go to Jaca again, I will try to go to this house again
