I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel on Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations and was marred by unprofessional behavior from both the manager and security personnel.
Specifically, the manager exhibited a distinct lack of courtesy and respect during our interaction. Their demeanor was entirely inappropriate for someone in a hospitality role. Similarly, the security guard displayed an attitude of entitlement, suggesting they felt they were superior to guests.
These experiences were deeply disappointing, particularly considering the importance placed on guest satisfaction within the hospitality industry. It is essential for staff, especially those in leadership positions, to understand the importance of treating guests with respect and professionalism.
Due to the aforementioned issues, I would strongly advise against staying at your hotel. I would also recommend that you provide additional training to both the manager and security guard on proper guest interaction and hospitality etiquette.

Rockville Centre had a very nice restaurant, The Pantry, where we had an excellent dinner on Christmas Day, and our hotel, Best Western Mill River Manor, provided quick and easy access (a 2-minute walk from the hotel) to the Rockville Centre Long Island Railroad (LIRR) station where we were able to choose any one of numerous trains to Manhattan via Central Station or Penn Station. Altogether, a convenient and pleasant place to stay with efficient train access to Manhattan.

The hotel is old and kind of rundown with patches in the carpets and things like that The breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly except for the owner himself who should be kept away from people. He does not at all have a customer service attitude. Lauren at the front desk was very helpful and very cheerful

Not cleanly.Pictures on website looks better then from the actual room. Did not like the breakfast set up or the rooms.. poor rating for us.
We did not have an opportunity to speak with any of the staff because we were out all day for several engagements.

The location was good for where we were in the area.
The location was good for where we were in the area. It is the only hotel in that area and very busy.
The hotel was run down, outdated and clearly not what I thought a Wyndham hotel was to be. It served its purpose for the one night. For the 177.00 I expected better.
A complete remodel of the buildings and rooms should be considered.
I will not return to this hotel in the future.
On a good note, customer service was nice and polite.

Not much to like other than a working refrigerator and hot water. This is an old fashioned "motel" with doors that open to the parking lot. Area was run down and many of the "guests" appeared to live there - some with their children. Air conditioner was so noisy it woke me up throughout every night (3 night stay). Shower walls were filthy (see pic below of what rubbed off the wall). No microwave (although a space for one). Kind of scary trying to get into the narrow entrance off a 45 mph busy road. Just a run down shabby place that is a throwback to the 70s. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

This is an older 5 story hotel laid out in an L shape with the only elevator located outside our room despite request for a room far from the elevators and an early check in . The hotel was built with the open balcony walkway running across the front of each room and because of this design the noise from maids and quest luggage carts rolling past on the textured concrete surface and noise from the cars directly below made for a very noisy stay . The hotel is clean and well maintained for its age .
This hotel was available on a difficult night to find a room anywhere near JFK; the friendly staff gave a warm welcome after a frustrating day travelling.
There are lots and lots of pubs and restaurants located very close, which are open late,
The AirTrain and Long Island Rail Road links to JFK from here are excellent as the station is just outside the hotel.
I use this hotel every time I fly in from the UK. It is close to all of the amenities my wife and I require and access to my home where I grew up is only 15 minute drive away. I find this to be an excellent property and to me is located near everything you would need. The staff are excellent any time of day or night.
Staff was great. The hotel has a quiet time policy after 9pm which is great for people that like to turn in early. The breakfast was good, the usual eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, oatmeal and cold cereal, yogurt, some fruit. Overall in definetly would stay again.
Location was great. Among the others, we wanted to visit Manhattan and the hotel was next to the train station - 36 minutes and one was in the heart of Manhattan. Train is safe. In neighborhood there are a lot of restaurants - the whole variety of cuisines.
