We had little involvement with Cary as a tourist. We were there to help with a family house move. There are plenty of restaurants and stores, though, by design, they're often concealed from the streets by trees. Navigation by car around Cary is, in my opinion, totally impossible for a stranger without a GPS. The road layout looks like a spider web. (Circles, spokes, blind curves, lots of lane shifts.) The rooms were relatively clean despite the hotel losing 2 of their housekeeping staff, and ended up having to wait for them to be cleaned. Also, the walk-in showers requested we’re not available but Paige & the manager did a great job offering to provide a discount on the room rates leaving us quite impressed with their efforts. I’ll definitely stay there again mainly because of the way issues were handled & of course the great breakfast!

It has a washer and dryer which was very convenient. The master bedroom’s bathroom makes you feel like you are staying in a hotel suite. The bathtub was amazing to relax in it. The host was very responsive. I asked for a second set of keys and they brought it right away. I can’t recommend it enough. I would definitely stay again.

The room itself was even more disgusting, reeking of cigarettes, infested with roaches. Everything was rusting, and dirty as if the room had never been cleaned.
