Possibly best £ for £ I’ve stayed in in Belfast & I visit a lot. Nice eating & drinking nearby (Nucci 👌🏼, Cassidy’s, Hole in the Wall) Half hour walk to Belfast, suits me, but regular buses. Clean, comfortable, nice lounge & tv channels. Nice bed, nice shower(despite being shared usually free) Easy parking. Owner very responsive. Washing machine & dryer. Outdoor sitting area. In my stay other residents respectful. I stayed a week

I was on first floor, you hear everything from attic room. Outside,dog barking and neighbours loud, earplugs would solve this. Famous creaking stairs. Washer & dryer usually left full (not by residents)but taking bedding & towels out to use not a major issue. My room not the one pictured, compact.

Location is great, van was clean and basic. It's in a beautiful place and the park is very clean and tidy. I was slightly worried about noise as it's opposite the playground but it was no problem at all.

Nothing major to be fair but a few things that would have made it better for our stay: No WIFI - CAVEAT - We DID know about this before we arrived not complaining about it but just a note to say that not having WIFI would probably stop us from booking again. Information As non caravanners it would have been useful to have some info on a table regarding how to get the hot water, use various appliances etc. We did find some booklets on a high up shelf and did eventually locate and turn on the boiler after one of us had taken a freezing cold shower. The information pack that was left out on a table was just telling us the Caravan Park rules. It would be useful to leave some info on the local areas such as places to eat nearby etc. Beds: single and double were comfy. 'sofa bed' in the main lounge area was 2 very long sofas in an L shape with no obvious means to convert into a bed, just lots of storage beneath the cushions. We assumed that the 'sofa bed' must just be 1 of the sofas doubling up as a bed. OK-ish for 1 person. Again, instructions would be useful to say if it does indeed 'convert' to a bed rather than 'double up as a bed'. Provisions: Very picky one this but it would have been nice for the tea/coffee canisters to have had a couple of teabags/some coffee for that first brew when you arrive.

hotel was clean, room facilities were good, wifi, iron, small fridge. location was quite yet central, crew were very helpful and friendly, online orders delivered as expected.

well the walls are thin, you can hear the housekeeping walking and every door being opened as if it was your door, don't expect a deep sleep. the building is old, not a problem for me, but could be for other people. there was construction and refurbishing happening during the time of my stay, that was not stated anywhere, every morning there were workers literally hammering and drilling next to my window.

The only reason this didn’t get a 10 is because it smelt very stuffy which is ok for a cottage that takes pets but most windows couldn’t be opened due to the poles holding the nets up.
