Eastbourne has many facilities for short or a long stay. A pier, terraced walks along the front, pebbly beach, many bars and restaurants. The town is split into quarters such as artistic etc. If you take the time lots of nice places tucked away from tge centre. It has a modern shopping centre, very good transport both bus and rail. A Marina on the outskirts and close to exceptional countryside that is easy accessible.

The pier is a nice place to visit on a sunny day, as the walk around it is nice. The are many restaurants and cafes to choose from to eat and drink. The town centre has many high street named shops as well as a cinema to catch your favourite film.

I love Eastbourne.
I love Eastbourne. The big long beach that you can walk all the way. Love sovereign Harbour, both have great resturants. Good shopping in Eastbourne town. We had a lovely curry near old town and great food in the crown and Anchor. Not forgeting the Bandstand where we saw a fantastic Motown band. Always good acts on there and two bars.!. We had full English breakfast which was lovely and good value. The room we stayed in was small but satisfactory for a couple of nights stay ,if I was staying longer I would book a larger room . Ample tea,coffee toiletries etc,hairdryer,iron and fan .Comfortable open seating areas on the ground floor and a small bar.

The Cavendish is our favourite hotel the staff especially Dana are so welcoming always and the facilities are grand. They match our needs as my wife is a little disabled and finds difficulty in walking so all amenities are close to hand here. The food was excellent and the staff friendly and professional. As a solo traveller I was made to feel most welcome and I will definitely book into the View Hotel on my next visit to Eastbourne!
