Excellent caravan park located just outside of Alice Springs. We stayed one night in one of the two-bedroom units on our way back from visiting Uluru. The unit was clean, well appointed and comfortable. The bouncing pillow and waterslide were clear favorites for my 10 and 12 year old girls. If you have children, they will love it here!

I was departing prior to breakfast bar opening so they had it packed and ready for pick up earlier on my departure which was very “above and beyond” for any hotel i’ve stayed at. The staff were extremely polite, professional and very accommodating. I didnt catch the Philipino receptionist name but she was a great help and took care of my many requirements

Situated on the banks of the Todd River, Mercure Alice Springs Resort offers modern rooms with free Wi-Fi, just 5 minutes’ walk from Alice Springs' town centre. I have stayed here before and that is why I chose to stay here again. The staff are really pleasant and helpful and go out of their way to give excellent service. The pool water and area are rally clean. The food in the restaurant is better than anywhere else I have stayed at! parking is easy and secure at night. This is one of my all time favourite hotels in Australia.
