Alessandro was extremely easy to communicate with. When we weren't able to find the shuttle driver at the train station, he made sure that the driver found us and got us to the property. We got instructions a couple days ahead and everything was clearly communicated. The room was clean and the breakfast was great and saved us trying to have to grab something at the airport. The whole theme of an airport was really fun and the little gift was touching and appreciated.
