KINGS GATE Hotel is a large hotel, with a lot of Asian people in it (ironic)we stayed in this hotel on the first day. There were no much people staying that day. Very friendly staff and the suite we stayed was spacious and clean.It’s a great place to stay.... Staff were friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the reception. Meals are very good and delicious...Overall, I had a great experience Thanks very much KINGS GATE HOTEL

Jayantha and his wife made sure that they made our stay memorable inspite of checking in at 1130 pm. The following morning they made sure we had our teas and coffes and was also kind enough to drive us to the airport. Another great example of ari lankan hospitality. We only stayed here about 12 hours but my parents totally loved it and loved the hospitality. The building is exceptionally well maintained for being over 100 years old with all the bathrooms upgraded with a modern contemporary minimalist feel with open spaces and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. Less than a 3 min drive to the airport, please stay here on your way into and out of colombo especially if a long journey awaits you. Highly recommended. 5/5!!

Die Unterkunft Airport Villa D 87, die in Katunayaka, 13 km von St. Very friendly people, taking care of guests on maximum level. The place was very close to the airport so it's convenient. I could also sleep some hours before my night flight. As I had a longer layover, I asked Dinash to take me to a tea shop for some extra money. No-one can pretend to be driven gratis, please remember. Thank you for everything Dinash.
