The facilities are beautiful and everything is well thought and very well organized. Both the snow hotel and cottages are cute and well maintained. And the Aurora is simply breathtaking!!

Clean and comfortable room in the center of Kirkenes, near the bus stop to the airport. Wonderful place for a short stay before departure. There is a kitchen in the hotel so you can cook the food. We liked this place!

This central Kirkenes hotel is on the shore of Bøkfjorden, 900 metres from Hurtigruten Ferry Terminal. It offers free Wi-Fi and an à la carte restaurant with a seasonal menu. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in Europe. Extraordinary breakfast buffet with varieties, free coffee and tea throughout the day. Very nice and helpful staff. It is almost at the front of the sea and can be viewed the northern lights easily. From the breakfast area, there is very impressive panoramic view to Fjords and sea. From the hotel bed room you may request for ocean view, which is recommended. There is a kettle and tea in each room. Room was very clean. The restaurant in the Thon Hotel is very good. They serve vegetables, fresh fish/crabs and meat! The sightseeing tour bus stops here in front of Thon Hotel. I will come back again. I recommend everybody to try this hotel for a visit!

The accommodation has everything you need. The owners Ina and Leif are hospitable people who are there for you. They gave us a tour of the farm. We were also allowed to taste the fresh milk. The location is great for seeing the northern lights. There are also many interesting sights in the area. Can definitely recommend this location!

Ekkerøy Holidayhouse asub Ekkerøy poolsaarel. Keskkonnasõbralikust hotellist avaneb vaade Varangerfjordile. Lovely property near the Kittiwake colony and situated perfectly between all the great birding areas in Varanger - it's just a short drive to the airport, Vadsø, Vardø, and Kiberg. We had the eagle house and it was absolutely amazing with views from the living room over the Kittiwakes and the ocean. There is free parking and a great hiking path just behind the house. The house is very well equipped and perfect for cooking meals, making coffee, laundry, etc. Beds are comfy, the curtains are blackout for long summer nights and the area is so quiet (except for the birds of course, but it's wonderful to hear them all day!) The host was incredibly friendly and provided us with lots of great advice about the area. Highly recommend staying here, it's one of our favorite stays of all time!

Hotellis Scandic Vadsø peatudes saate proovida oma õnne populaarses kuningakrabi kalapüügis. Excellent breakfast and typical of Scandic quality. Mostly the person behind the desk was delightful, personable, helpful and great. Also we got to try out the kicksled (sparks) in the neighborhood that evening which was a memorable and fun experience and so easy because it was right there. Also very helpful is the free parking right by the hotel. Hurrah!
