The breakfast was excellent, and the location was easily accessible to the freeway, and the area was quieter than rooms on Market Street. The room amenities were very good -- large fridge, two-burner induction stovetop, plenty of blankets and pillows for the sofabed, table with two seats, etc. , though there was no chair for the "desk" type surface.

This hotel is located between Eugene and Portland in the Willamette Valley, off Interstate 5. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good for American hot breakfast. Room had everything I needed, which is a coffee pot and an iron.

Cozy, clean and comfortable. Helpful and friendly staff. Was a treat to have the pool open until 12 am left ample time for the kids to expend some energy. The floor in the pool area was very slippery so pool shoes would have been helpful. Ron helped us get adjoining rooms for our two bookings which was very much appreciated traveling with 4 children. Breakfast had many options and was very well stocked. We would stay here again.

The room was just right! Our stay was due to our power outage at home. It was a stressful situation but the staff and accommodations made is more enjoyable!

I love staying at Phoenix Inn Suites. I've been there several times and they never disappoint. The staff are amazing; kind, friendly and helpful. The room is terrific. It's clean, spacious and the bed and pillows are incredibly comfortable. I particularly like having a couch in the room where I can sit and relax. The location is perfect for my needs.
