Just off Freeway 405 in Van Nuys, California, within driving distance of Los Angeles area attractions, this hotel offers a free hot breakfast buffet and free wireless internet access. Hotel has excellent rooms, spacious, big comfy beds and extra comfy pillows which is very important for me while on journey. Location is pretty suitable cause it’s about to 20 min drive to many famous locations like Hollywood, St.Monica, Getty Museum…

Much more than expected for a price this low in this area of town. Oksana and Camilla are two lovely and very open-minded hosts who serve a wide international range of customers (Both of them multi-lingually, I might add!). They are likely to invite guests to a friendly party or any other local event which largely adds to their openness. They also make sure that the kind and secure atmosphere in this shared-apartment hostel is not perturbed by not allowing only allowing civilized guests. All rooms and facilities are clean and functional, the rooms are spacious enough to not get in each other's way. Both locations (Hayvenhurst and Debra) are similar in cleanliness and general appeal. Public transport and supermarkets are easily reached and in walking distance. The airport LAX seems far away, but it is actually quite comfortable to get there by the nearby FlyAway Shuttle bus (9.55$ per ride). The area is considered safe. I will definitely stay here again when I return to LA.

Located off Interstate 405, this Van Nuys motel offers simply furnished rooms equipped with free Wi-Fi. Free guest parking is available on-site. Sherman Oaks Galleria is 8 minutes’ drive away. Location was close to transpo, eateries and shops.
