The Overall Arrival and the Complementary upgrade to the Suite, Rafael and the Front Desk team were very accommodating and welcoming. They treated us like Family. The F&B team was welcoming and provided an Excellent service, the Housekeeping team did a fabulous job the room was fresh and spotless. The is the best hotel and team in Puerto Ordaz.
