I liked everything. Very beautiful area where i lived, the house is new clean and cozy, i had my own terrace and bbq. The best thing that it’s near to 2 beaches which are so nice. And of course corse the owner of the resedence is such a pleasant guy! Ciao Tommaso, grazie for getting me from and to the harbour! Your vibe gives your residence more warmth and hospitality and i have a strong desire to come back again! And surely i will stay at your place! Grazie mille!

The place was clean, spacious, we were really comfortable. They provided us with a toaster, kettle and coffee maker upon demand which was really nice since we were coming from overseas and couldn't bring it with us. It is remote from the shops and town, so you need a car.

We loved the location.. pool.. all the staff were very courteous and friendly to all of us Apartments were amazing…our group loved the units and amazing sunsets from our balconies

Great apartments, well equipped kitchen, bathroom, conditioner, grill in the yard. Good located, near the beach, in 10 minutes walk, 2 min by car, you can drive to any side of the island by car in 15 minutes. It is possible early in the morning to meet the rising sun on east beaches and then in the evening see beautiful sunset in the western side of island. There is a glossary shop near this location. We certainly plan to come back here another summer.

Staff were very helpful. The location is simply marvellous; you can enjoy a fabulous panorama and breathtaking beaches. The apartment was very comfortable.

Great new facility with big space inside (2 bed room apartment), fully equipped, 3 terraces with table and sofas, jacuzzi outdoor, amazing view to the sea and mountains. Close to beach by walking 5 min, restaurants and bars. Eduardo was great host, supportive and friendly. 20 min to Portoferraio. Definitely we would like to come back for longer stay!

Great location, beautiful sea view, great pool, nice staff. Easy parking. Good place to relax
