The hotel is modern and nicely decorated. Very clean and with all the facilities you might need (washing machine + dryer was great to have, while travelling). Room bigger than average in Japan. The staff is super friendly and they even organise extra activities for their guests (unfortunately we woke up late and didn't manage to join the special free coffee at a local cafe). The hotel is very close to the metro station in Tokyo Ueno and Ueno park (highly recommended - really beautiful, with lots of temples and it wasn't busy at all when we went). There's also a cute Izakaya with very nice food two steps from the hotel. Overall, we really liked to be in Ueno rather than other (busier) places in Tokyo.

Place was spotless, laundry and drying inside the bathroom was great. The owners were very responsive at all times and getting the key was easy with the detailed instructions. We stayed for two weeks and it was perfect for that. Loved it and would stay again! Location was very convenient although the main street down the block was very busy to navigate at peak hour. The accomodation was very quiet though since it's 2 blocks off to the side.

The location was great with a 6-7 minutes walk to Oimachi station which connected to the major wards easily! THREE’s place was also next to many restaurants, shopping complexes and a neighbouring FamilyMart - which was so convenient. I found checkin to be a breeze since I already pre-filled all the guests’ details beforehand. The apartment was extremely spacious and had basically everything you need for a comfortable stay - small kitchen, laundry and dryer! The bathroom was massive with both a shower head and bath. Internet speed was stable and fast. Lastly, THREE was so kind and responsive, we forgot our magnets at the apartment but they kindly shipped them back to us. The extra care and professionalism to us was very much appreciated - thank you so much!

El carrer és molt tranquil. El pis està molt bé per passar uns dies a Tokyo: hi ha suficient coses a la cuina, els llits són còmodes, el bany és perfecte i la comunicació amb altres zones de la ciutat és prou ràpida. No hi ha recepció, però quan hem necessitat qualsevol cosa han estat molt ràpids en respondre i són molt atents. Als voltants és possible descobrir bars i locals molt interessants per menjar i veure l'ambient de barri fora de les zones turístiques.DavidParella jove

La recepció 24h i a més la rapidesa de poder contestar als dubtes. La dutxa tot i ser compartida estava molt neta i l'aigua sortia amb una bona pressió, i els lavabos (separats per sexe) estaven molt nets. Una estada ideal per passar un parell de dies.

Les habitacions, tot i no ser gaire grans, tenen la mida justa per a una estada confortable. Tot està net i en perfecte estat de funcionament. Cal destacar que hi havia la possibilitat fins a la nit de fer un mos a recepció ( galetes, un te, còctel, ...). L'ambient era molt silenciós i molt agradable.
