There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace.

The apartment was very central and well equipped. A charming host who arranged a taxi from the airport and was so waiting to greet us. Furthermore, he phoned me the day after we had left to say I had left a couple of personal items to arrange their return. I would recommend this apartment as everything was excellent.

I don't know if it could be better? Everything in this hotel is filled with love for the customer. From the first minute of our arrival, we felt the endless attention of the staff and their desire to make us the best. The room had everything you need. We didn't miss a thing in 6 days. The room was cleaned daily. Pleasant details, a view of the mountains, made me happy. The room is quiet. The hotel is in an amazingly beautiful and convenient location. If we had to come to Madeira again, we would only want to go to this hotel and the same room. A big THANK YOU to all the hotel staff for a wonderful stay.

Lovely location that’s very close to lots of restaurants and the lido. We stayed for New Years and the view of the fireworks from the balcony was out of this world. But the best thing about the property is the host Sarah, she’s such fun and was so easy to communicate with during our stay.

I really liked the hotel. Great location, everything is perfectly clean, beautiful room design. But special thanks to the hotel staff, everyone is very friendly and always ready to help. We were greeted with a smile every day, they were ready to help and advise on any issue. The hotel has a small swimming pool. The room has a small kitchen, it is possible to make tea or heat food, it is very convenient. Excellent noise insulation, cozy balconies with incredible views. There is an opportunity to use all the advantages of a large hotel of this chain located nearby. There is a luxurious park, a casino, beautiful swimming pools, and live music every evening. This hotel exceeded our expectations and left only good impressions, primarily thanks to the hotel staff. An additional advantage was the ability to pay for the hotel after the arrival (not all hotels in Madeira accept this way), since we are from Ukraine and for reasons known to everyone, we did not have the opportunity to transfer funds for the trip beforehand, and we were not sure that we would be able to travel, so the ability to cancel the reservation it has been important for us .Thank you.

Amazing place. It is really close to the centre of Funchal, so you have a lot of options to dine, to take the right bus to any side of the island or to just chill in a park. All the receptionists we met were profesional, pleasant and willing to help or suggest solutions to any questions we had. Rooms were clean, roomy and felt cared for and well maintained. Felt like home from the day we have arived. 10 out of 10. 5 out of 5. Also, do try the breakfast...prepared with the same care and attitude as the rooms. With many food options to choose from. Frankly the only thing we were sometimes unhappy about, were arrogant guests.
