She was most accommodating to requests, such as a late check-out. Also very helpful with recommendations of places to eat and navigating local transport. I felt safe and comfortable throughout the stay.

Great location close to the train station, but 20-30min walk from Basel city center. Very nice, modern and clean hotel. We really enjoyed the stay. I didn’t send my passport ahead of check in and had to do it in front of the hotel, this was seamless and I got an email reply in 2-3min and check in info was sent straight away.

The units also have a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob and coffee machine, as well as a bathroom with a bath tub, hairdryer, vanity mirror and towel warmer. The flat-screen satellite TV provides more than 100 international channels and features internet via TV. The receptionists were very helpful. They were well prepared with maps on which they marked Christmas markets and the closest trams. They also provided Basel cards which were helpful when moving around the city. The room was big, tidy and included a kitchenette ( the kettle, combined with the tea bags from reception kept us warm). Also there are other appliances in the lobby that you could borrow. The buffet breakfast was quite diverse (having the option to make fresh orange juice was appreciated).

Stuff was vary helpful with Basel city card and other requests. Apartment equipped in washing mashine, dryer and all kitchen stuff. Tarrace for warm days also is a benefit
