It's not often these days a property provides me with a pleasant surprise, but from the free parking, to the friendly, efficient, professional staff, to the spacious room, to the gargantuan terrace off my room with a stunning view of the Alps, I kept going from one expectation exceeded to another. A treat all around!

The Studios Montreux - Swiss Hotel Apartments ligger 3 minuters promenad från Montreux järnvägsstation och 28 km från Lausanne järnvägsstation i centrala Montreux och erbjuder boende med gratis WiFi... With my wife and our 2 babies (5 and 1) arrived by train to Montreux, walk 5 minutes and met our host. She shows the appartment, small but amazingly confortable. Hidden bed so you have space during the day. Fully equipped kitchen to make breakfast or dinner and hot water shower. The appartment is 50 steps away from the lake, you can walk right to the lakeside and 30 minutes walk for the Chillon Castle (chaeau de Chillon). Really enjoyed our time.

Apart’Hotel 46a ligger i Lausanne, med lätt åtkomst från motorväg A1. Här bor du 5 minuters promenad från Genèvesjön. We did like the location of the apart-hotel, it is situated within a few minutes walk from the beach on Geneva Lake and within walking distance of Lausanne port, and the views there are spacious. The bus stop is just at the door, metro also is not too far.

Everything in the hotel is thought through to the minor detail. Beds were comfortable, whatever one may need was in the room. Most importantly, sound isolation is perfectly done, so there is no noise from the outside and inside of the hotel. Want to express special thanks to Pauline at the reception desk. She was helpful and friendly, and responded immediately to all our requests, which made our stay even more pleasant.

Residence Les Baladines ligger i centrala Thonon-les-Bains, vid Genèvesjön i regionen Rhône Alpes. Här erbjuds rum och studiolägenheter med gratis Wi-Fi. Easy to find location with motorcycle parking right outside the door. Friendly and helpful receptionist willing to deal with very minimalist French on the part of her guests. Quite elevator to our air conditioned room that was large and clean. Location just a few blocks from the "official" start of the "Route of the Grande Alps, not to mention my favorite restaurant in Thannon - L'Ollivier. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom large with tile floor. Squeegee included as the shower "stall" was a pretty open area. Peaceful. Nice breakfast. Receptionist also pinch hit at the laundromat next door, helping us figure out how to get it done.

This residence is set within a garden in a peaceful setting at the centre of Thonon-les-Bains, in front of Lake Geneva and 20 minutes from the train station. Läget o damen i reseptionen väldigt trevlig o hjälpsam
