Offering free private parking, Residenza Mini Hotel - RTA e Appartamenti Vacanza is 1 km from the beach in Lacona, on Elba Island. The centre of Capoliveri is a 15-minute drive away. Great location with wonderful view. The hotel has a private parking near the Lacona beach, and this is a great plus even in the evening, as free local parking is scarce. Staff is very friendly and nice. The hotel provides a list of very good restaurants that give a discount to the hotel’s patrons.

Residence Reale is set on Reale Bay, 200 metres from the nearest beach and 2 km outside Porto Azzurro. It offers outdoor pools for adults and children, a playground and free parking. Our view from one of the corner units was absolutely incredible. The place was perfectly clean both in the room and on the grounds. Folks were friendly.

Always available if some help was needed. Cecilia and her Husband treated us in a very friendly way.

Residence Il Mandorlo is located 1 km from the beach in Lacona, on the Isle of Elba. It features a free tennis court, garden with children’s playground, BBQ and table tennis facilities. We loved our stay! The apartment was comfortable: nice airco, good beds, nice kitchen with a large fridge and freezer, nice balcony, large swimmingpool with beds and parasols. Serena was super nice and helpful. She even let us use two of their chairs to take to the beach which was very nice for my pregnant body :) The breakfast was very nice with different kinds of bread, some hams and cheese, sweet toppings and a variety of pies. You can park your car for free and it is possible to charge your electric vehicle. There is a mini market close to the residence and a beach at a 2 minute drive where there are a lot of free parking spaces for the guests of Il Mandorlo. Thank you for the amazing stay! When we ever visit Elba again, we will definitely come back to this place.

Belvedere Residenza Mediterranea features an amazing furnished garden with pool and panoramic views of the sea. It is located in north Portoferraio, on the Elba Island. I liked everything. Very beautiful area where i lived, the house is new clean and cozy, i had my own terrace and bbq. The best thing that it’s near to 2 beaches which are so nice. And of course corse the owner of the resedence is such a pleasant guy! Ciao Tommaso, grazie for getting me from and to the harbour! Your vibe gives your residence more warmth and hospitality and i have a strong desire to come back again! And surely i will stay at your place! Grazie mille!
