Apartment is great, staff is amazing. Really nice experience, clean. Receptionist was a gem. Brilliant, best accommodation on our trip to Italy.

The location is to die for- in the center by the duomo...couldn't ask for a better location. Place is very clean and comfortable and the customer service was very good.

Palazzo Gamba is located right in front of Florence's Cathedral. It offers uniquely designed apartments with air conditioning and fully equipped kitchenette. Great place to stay with wonderful views and very helpful and nice staff. Can highly recommend :)

Right in the middle of the main signoria piazza square. Feels like being transported into a fairytale land. Laura, the hotel manager, was exceptionally friendly, warm, considerate and helpful. She provided us with information and links to all the best attractions in Florence and even the best restaurants to taste authentic Florentine food. Laura defines the essence of customer service excellence. We booked the executive suite and it was absolutely gorgeous and very clean. Some reviewers complained about the hard pillows but I personally loved them and had my best sleep so far in Italy.

Borgo Grondaie is a large property built out of an old Tuscan farm, just 2 km from the historical centre of Siena. Autóval ideális szállás, a város központ gyalog is könnyen elérhető.
