El Trolltunga Guesthouse admite mascotas y se encuentra en Tyssedal. La localidad de Odda está a 6 km. Hay aparcamiento privado gratuito. The place is better in real than in pictures. It's super clean, the kitchen is well equipped, the staff is warm and helpful, the facilities are adequate and the owner is super nice.

Rosendal Hyttetun se encuentra en Rosendal y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis, jardín con terraza y vistas al mar. Just as it says, this is a camping ground with cabins for rent. The campground has a main building with a beautiful kitchen and lots of communal showers and a free washer and dryer (bring your own laundry soap). Kitchen has no spices whatsoever, so if you are cooking your meal, have all the spices/cooking oil you need. It is a 40 minute walk to Rosendal Kai (where you get the boat to Salmon Eye & town center with stores). There are buses, but they dont run often so check the schedule. The hike to town is beautiful if the weather is kind, and you'd have to hike for about 10 mins on the highway until the sidewalk appears at Neslia Bus stop. The grounds are very beautiful and peaceful. I never thought that I'd be camping by myself, but for that incredible Iris restaurant experience, it's worth it. Rosendal is a sleepy town, and it seems to me that restaurants are barely open, and if they are the choice for food is quite small. Maybe the town is open more during the weekends? But if you're here on the weekdays, I'd say having access to a full kitchen to make your own food is essential. Public transportation from Stavanger to here is possible (5.5 hrs), and so is public transportation out to Oslo (7.5 hrs). It's multiple bus/ferry transfers, but the ride is amazingly picturesque you dont want to sleep during the entire time.

El Slottet Apartments ofrece alojamiento en Tyssedal, a solo 50 metros de la parada de autobús que conecta con Trolltunga. El Museo de Hidroelectricidad e Industria de Noruega está a solo 600 metros. No estuvimos exactamente en ese edificio, nos comunicaron antes de llegar si no habia problemas de que nos cambiaran a otro de sus edificios que estaba muy cerca, si bien la diferencia fue que queriamos tres camas bajas en el que nos quedamos habia una cama doble y una litera, como tambien habia disponible un sofa cama, terminamos ocupando el sofa cama tambien. El lugar tenía lo necesario, era limpio, con muy buena temperatura ambiental y bien ubicado, la comunicación con los encargados fluida y atenta a solucionar todo lo que necesitábamos y nos ofrecieron una cena en su hotel que esta cerca por los inconvenientes del cambio de lugar y estuvo muy bien, super amable la atención y con lo que necesitas Volveríamos y recomiendo
