Apartment was well stocked with everything you would need for a short or long stay. It even comes with a washing machine and detergent. Apartment faces a large garden so it's really quiet. Sound proofing is pretty solid. Plenty of street parking within 20-80m. Wonderful Hosts! Gina was very responsive with clear communications. Her husband, Josue met us at the property to go through the apartment features and entrance requirement. We would stay again when we return to Horta. :)

This recently renovated aparthotel is located 24 km from Lagoa Verde and 26 km from Lagoa Azul. The property offers soundproof units and is situated 29 km from Fire Lagoon. Great apartment in the city center, a 5 min walk from all main attractions and restaurants. The apartment was completely new and modern, in a beautiful renovated antique building, and had all necessary amenities. The best part though were the services, at the level of the best hotels! Miguel was the perfect host! always present at the reception or to answer our questions and giving us great recommendations for places/restaurants which he helped us to book! Would definitely recommend, and will stay here when we come back!

Beautiful apartment and surroundings, with great view of both the ocean and the volcano. The host was very helpful and friendly, and we really appreciated the hand annotated map of the island she gifted us. Following her advice, we had a very nice stay on Pico visiting the places she suggested. The apartment is very modern and well equipped with all the appliances we could want during our stay.
