Guests at this Key Largo resort can venture into the Gulf of Mexico on a kayak or paddle boat, swim in the heated outdoor pool, or stay in and read emails through free Wi-Fi. This place is in a great location at Key Largo. Set in well maintained tranquil gardens with a very friendly atmosphere. It is a family run business who take great care of their guests and pride in ensuring we we had a great stay. The resort is very clean and well maintained and has a nice ocean view with good swimming and kayaking, which is free for guests. There is also a swimming pool that we didn’t use as we swam in the sea. There are a couple of decent restaurants within walking distance. The morning homemade scones and coffee are delightful and a nice touch, you get to choose from a different selection of flavoured scones every morning served by the lovely Rene. We took our coffee mugs from the room to save on paper cups and plastic every morning. We had a basic room rather than a suite which was clean and tidy and fine for the pair of us for a five night stay. The suites looked more spacious and are more likely to have a sea view if that is what you need. Air conditioning was modern and quiet. We slept well on the very comfortable beds. We would recommend this place for a nice relaxing quiet vacation.

Offering an outdoor pool, The Reef at Marathon is situated on Vaca Key 7 minutes' drive from Sombrero Beach. The accommodation is air conditioned and comes with a TV with cable channels. It was a great location to enjoy the Keys

Beautiful property and room was gorgeous and clean and bed was so comfy. Staff were as so friendly and accommodating.

Featuring sea views, Coco Plum Beach & Tennis Club & Marina in Marathon is situated in Marathon. An outdoor swimming pool, a tennis court and barbecue facilities are provided. The villa and property were the perfect place to take in the beauty and essence of the Keys. The private beach was lovely and though our villa wasn't front row, we enjoyed the lush view of the palm trees and felt we were right at the oceanfront. Our son loved the pool and enjoyed the array of pool and beach toys provided. The villa had everything one needs, including a full kitchen with one of the most powerful blenders that we've come across in our travels (we love making smoothies but it works for all sorts of drinks). The beds are very comfortable with high quality linen and the two full bathrooms were a welcome feature as were the new washer/dryer in the unit. Lots of areas to relax and enjoy, both inside and on the big screened terrace/balcony. Staff are very friendly and effective, even helped procure a shop vac to clean out our sand-plagued car. Location is within a few minutes' drive of Curry Hammock state park which is great for family friendly kayaking. We also saw some guests get their kayaks delivered straight to the hotel and start paddling from there. All in all a great experience and we hope to be back.
