The location of the hotel is amazing. Only about 10 mins walking distance to the downtown and popular areas. I really like the large balcony with amazing view of the como lake. I think this is the best selling point for this stay. I'm attaching few pictures I took in the balcony in the evening. There is a washing machine (laundry) inside the apartment so it's easy for people to do laundry.

+ it was PERFECT value for money. Very local Italian feeling in and outside the flat, not on the main street, all appliances were there, including complimentary wine bottle. Very nice little bakery downstairs. Apartment was heated on our arrival as it was off season. I would consider staying again.

From cleaning supplies to fully equipped kitchen. Beds were comfy and we got more than enough towels. The views were to die for - due to flat being on a top floor we've seen basically everything Lake Como had to offer. Bathroom had more than enough shower gel for whole group during the entire stay which was surprising but very much appreciated. There is a quite nice way from Bellagio shore to the apartment during which we could see some of the city.

You will take a few flights of stairs to get to the door, and with our multiple heavy bags wasn’t the most fun but manageable!! The owners of the flat were also proprietors of the restaurant close by. 3 min walk tops. It was DELICIOUS (pics attached) and called Torre del Gusto. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Marzia is a fantastic host who really goes above and beyond to welcome you to the apartment. The Villa is set in a gorgeous garden with a pool that is shared between all the apartments in the villa but we found we had it to ourselves most evenings. The gardens take you right down to the lake and have beautiful views of the mid lake. I hope we can come back and stay at some point in the future as it’s really a very special place!
