we liked the location and proximity to walking within the town to restaurants, air conditioning, WiFi, first floor off the street, a little outside area with table and chairs, fully equipped kitchen, and a washer dryer. Most of all the owners Sylvia & Cristian were amazing, helping with a medical emergency and inviting us out socially to meet other locals and visitors. we will definitely visit here again.

Our stay in Cortona was wonderful. Bruno drive all the way from Arezzo to meet us and show us where to drive through the small narrow streets and park the car close to the apartment. He was extremely helpful and even took the time to ask us about our days and what we did. The apartment was very cosy and perfect for us. Highly recommend 😊😊

Big kitchen, well equipped. 2 bathrooms, one with shower one bath tub. Washer in bathroom which worked well. Drying rack for clothes. It is a bit of a climb to get to it, but your in Cortona. Almost anywhere you go there is a climb. The climb is well worth it. The apartment is flat but there are stairs leading up to it from the street. Paolo went the extra mile with his service. Would rent again in a minute.

Kitchen terribly stocked so couldn't cook - no bbq either. It wasn't expensive but cost enough to expect better than this. If this is a super host, well.....
