Having extensive experience in renting various classes of hotels, I can say that this hotel exceeded all expectations!!! Thanks to our experienced team of professionals (chef Ahesan Mobin Aidana Christine's Umesh, Fayaz, Shameer, Sumith, Zafir) for this. 
Now point by point: 1) Hotel location. The hotel is located in the Marina area. You can walk to the sea in the shadow of skyscrapers, which is very convenient. In the evening you can take a walk along the marina embankment where there are many different cafes and playgrounds. You can also rent a scooter there and have a blast. 2) Cleanliness in the room! 
Trust my experience in hotel rentals around the world. It's very CLEAN 10 out of 10! You will not find any hair on the floor or bed linen. The room is quiet. Great view of the marina, thick doors and good sound insulation. 3) Amenities in the room. We stayed in room 2305 on the 23rd floor. It was a premium room with 1 bedroom, kitchen and living room. The kitchen has everything for cooking. You may also need a washing machine, which is also present in the kitchen. The staff even took care of the washing powder. 4) Breakfasts. There is absolutely everything you could want. The chef is a very friendly person. He will offer you any dish that is not in the buffet. 5) In the evening you can go to the restaurant; children are offered free food from the buffet.
6) Security deposit. Be prepared that a security deposit will be charged upon check-in as a consequence of the good condition of the rooms. The deposit can be made in cash or paid by card. The deposit can be returned to the card within 15 days. We paid 700 dirhams in cash and received it back upon check out. Here we felt at home. Thank you very much! See you again!

Avani Plus Palm View Dubai Hotel & Suites se află la 1,7 km de Plaja Barasti și oferă un restaurant, biciclete gratuite, o piscină în aer liber și un centru de fitness. Totul foarte curat, personalul foarte amabil si mereu disponibili sa ajute cu orice informatie, atenti la detalii. Mancarea diversificata si gustoasa. Acces la piscina, sala de fitness si sauna care sunt foarte bine intretinute. Avand in vedere ca aveam avionul doar seara tarziu, dupa check out la amiaza, ne-au depozitat in siguranta bagajele si ne-au lasat pana seara sa ne bucuram de piscina si sauna. Langa hotel se afla statie de tramvai care ofera acces usor spre Dubai Marina si centru. Monorail-ul care duce pe Palm Jumeirah este la 5 minute de mers pe jos. Camerele cu sea view ofera o priveliste deosebita. Camera este dotata cu tot ce este nevoie,uscator, papuci, fier de calcat ,bucatarie echipata complet pentru a gati, masina de spalat haine. Recomand cu incredere :)

Situat pe malul apei în Dubai Marina, înconjurat de restaurante, centre comerciale și servicii, Jumeirah Living Marina Gate Hotel and Apartments oferă suite la mai puțin de 1 km de promenada The Walk... Perfect vacation. The hotel made a present for the birthday we celebrated. And provided a better apartment complimentary. Very helpful and polite stuff. Very clean and renovated.

Staff were very polite, professional and friendly especially Kareem from the reception. Daily cleaning service. Pool and location were also great.

Very clean and well presented apartment, right next to the Mall in downtown Dubai. Very easy access to the airport and extremely friendly staff and ease of check in upon arrival

SmartStay at Burj Royale - Full Burj Khalifa View - Brand New Luxury Apartments se află în centrul orașului Dubai, nu departe de Fântâna din Dubai și Dubai Mall. Location 🤩/ Kommunikation and easy access 🙌/ apartment size is top , has all needed inclusive, close to grocery shops and good restaurants/ shopping . It was clean and top enjoyable ! We will come back!

Paramount Hotel Midtown Flat with Burj Khalifa View se găsește în Dubai, la 16 minute de mers pe jos de Burj Khalifa, și oferă WiFi gratuit, o piscină în aer liber și parcare privată gratuită. This was one of the best trips I had in Dubai. The flat is located on the 35th floor at the Paramount Hotel Midtown with amazing views on Burj Khalifa from the balcony and Burj Al Arab / Sea from the living room. The flat is privately-owned and is managed separately. It has its own kitchen. The personal managing the property are very respectful and responsive. The infinity pool on the top floor of the hotel is mind-blowing. I can't wait to go back there again .
