Imagine driving up and up a mountain to arrive at your own cottage with outstanding views of the clouds, town and distant mountain range (and volcano). The accommodation is outstanding with a wonderful Tica vibe (we stayed in the Toucan Cottage). The bed and shower are really good, with a small efficiency kitchen for those interested in a longer stay. The breakfast was served in a common area, it too was lovely, tropical and delicious.

The apartment was very close to the center of town, but tucked into a quiet neighborhood. Great location!

Places like this are very rare. Super friendly and welcoming people which will take care of you same way your grandmother did plus they produce probably one of the best coffee in the world. You will be staying in one of the rooms of an old and beautifully equipped house with large garden where coffee is served. It is a hidden gem.

This place is a gem! We just loved it. The staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful. There was good birding right in the backyard and the pool was a great addition. Highly recommend this place.

Ideal per passar-hi una nit o dues. Les habitacions són netes i estan prou bé de mida, però no tenen espai d'emmagatzematge. La família que porta les habitacions és molt atenta i servicial, ens van donar indicacions de llocs que podíem veure i també ofereixen un tour de ràfting al Riu Turrialba, malauradament nosaltres ja teníem en planing fet i no vam poder gaudir-ho. L'esmorzar era un esmorzar típic de Costa Rica, molt bo i amb unes vistes espectaculars des de la terrassa de la part superior.

The room is very well set up, Ana and Luis are very friendly, will attend to anything you need and love to chat about their part of the world. I had such a nice time and enjoyed some of the local walks and things to do around Pejibaye. The pool was a highlight, as well as Ana's excellent food and conversation.
