I am so great full for the staff, especially Rodolfo. I stayed one night in Bergamo, and checked in at 11am, even though it’s early for regular check in. Also, at that time I couldn’t contact them because of a lack of internet. And I went to nearest cafe, asked one nicest woman to call to the property. And Rodolfo came to pick up me from cafe and we went to the hostel. That was so nicee. Also, at night when I couldn’t reach the hostel (because it’s not a time for buses. And I asked him what should I do and he offered shuttle from Bergamo station to the hostel. So it was also comfortable and safe for me to reach the hostel in midnight.
