The owners are wonderful people, extremely friendly and helpful. The room was the best equipped with amenities of any non-hotel location we stayed on our Europe vacation. Eating at the restaurant will also be a highlight with the many wonderful taste sensations with the delicious food and wines.

The hosts were super accommodating and ensured that check-in and check-out was smooth. She also checked up on me throughout my visit to make sure I had everything I needed. The accommodation is right across the road from the Grand Hotel Dino which was useful when attending conferences at the hotel but at a reasonable price.

The location is great, in walking distance of everything in Baveno. The scenery is beautiful and breakfast is served on the terrace with great views! The room was cozy and had everything I needed.

The room, location, staff, services - and the view! - were all exceptional. I only wish we had been able to stay longer. In addition, I accidentally left some things behind and they were promptly sent on to my next stop.
