I stayed there for 7 nights for a business trip. The B&B is a completely renovated former ceramic workshop with its own bar and restaurant and a patio. It is ideally located in the city of Grottaglie in a 5min walk to the historical city centre with its ceramic district, the public squares, bars and restaurants. It is easily accessible by car for which a privat underground parking is available. For bikers, there is also a cycle rack in the garage. My room was big, modernly decorated with a high ceiling, a balcony and a spacious bathroom. It was very well equipped and very clean. It was on the first floor. A lift is available. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The owner always took special care of me, at my late arrival on the first day, during breakfast, dinner and the aperitivo after work. He advised me where to go the evenings after work and on the bank holiday of the 1st of May. For breakfast a hot drink and cornetti is served at the table while juice, water, yoghurts, fruits, jam, hazelnut cream, peanut butter, honey, biscuits, small cakes and toasted bred are available at the buffet. I also ordered smoked ham. On Saturday evening there was a very good live concert with music of the 80/90 in the bar/restaurant where you can choose amongst others South Tyrolean dishes.
