The location is really nice in that the mountain views from the room, and even bathroom were great. But car or taxi is necessary. At least one hiking trail is right next to the house. Breakfast was very good including croissants and several types of Italian cakes like colomba and panettone, milk, yoghurt, cereals, all of very good quality. Beds felt nice, at least nicer than a more expensive place where we stayed previously. The interior of the guesthouse looked very nicely finished. The whole place was very clean and looked new.

The location is really beautiful and is within walking distance from the therms. The stuff is really nice. They have resolved the issue with wifi even in Christmas morning and proposed a lot of places to visit around San Pellegrino.

This is truly a gem in the hiding!!! You actually get an apartment to yourself if no one else rents the other room!! I can"t wait to convince friends and relatives to come here with me!! It's located two blocks from QC Terme spa, which is perfect! This town is so beautiful, and this is the perfect place to stay! There's a washing machine for clothes and an entire kitchen! I'm so excited to find this slice of heaven! The birds are chirping as I write this! Just incredible and down to earth!
