Everything was perfect. Very friendly owner. Easy checkin and checkout. Clean, very modern rooms. Sea view from the balcony. 5 min walking to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

You are 10 minutes from the beach. We walked about 30 minutes with our little girl to the pier from where you take the ferry to Venice.

The location was near the beach, which was all we were looking for. The owner also arranged for the double bed to be made into two singles for my daughter and I,at the last minute.

The Owner was friendly, he spoke Italian, English not very well, but the communication goes in an efficient way, without any problems. The room was clean and big enough for two persons with perfect Air Conditioning, and a big green point is tath the room was equipped with a fridge. The breakfast was sweet and the cappuccino was incredibly good. The beach is near.

Staff was really nice and helpful - they directed us through check-in remotely so we could arrive whenever we wanted; the room was really big and comfy with a nice bed and lots of pillows, large bathroom too. The location is convenient - right by the beach entrance but also 10 min walk from Chioggia's historic center. There are a lot of restaurants and bars around the property. Make your own breakfast with both sweet and salty options. Hotel feels new, with a nice decor and equipment (f.e. the aircon worked really well)

The host went well beyond giving us an excellent breakfast with lots of personal touches and wonderful treats. The host and staff were personable and extremely generous with their care of us. Took care of us with all of our personal needs!
