The host, Francesca, is full of energy and ideas for your visit, and could not be nicer. This is a great spot for hiking and enjoying all that beautiful Lago Molveno has to offer, or just for kicking back from busier parts of a trip. It is not overrun by tourists as is so much of Italy -- a big plus! It is also a nice stop before or after visiting the Strada del Vino/Wienstrasse area, which is only about an hour away.

They spent quite a time explaining where are best hiking paths, taking into account when more intensive or easier day we wanted. It was much better than in tourist information desk.
