It is located 33 km from La Paz Waterfall and features private check-in and check-out. The guest house also provides free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. This "Guest House" is huge. A family of 4+ could easily move in here and live comfortably. The back decks are beautiful to just sit and watch the jungle. It is a little way down the road from the city, which means it is quiet and very laid back. I had both a breakfast and a dinner while at the guest house. Both were great portions with a lot of variety, tasty, and well worth the money. Unfortunately, my schedule and Wendy's schedule didn't align for her bird tour. There was lots of flora and fauna to explore. My personal sightings included Toucans and a Morpha butterfly. I'm willing to bet that there was a lot I missed that Wendy could have found and shared!

We highly recommend the breakfast - it's delicious and you can choose if you would like to eat in the dining room of the farm house or outside in the garden. They also provide yoga mats to use in the garden.

The room was clean and cozy with a balcony to watch birds. Brakfast was perfect. There was private parking.

An American breakfast is available daily at the bed and breakfast. Beautiful and well designed accommodation. So peaceful and quiet. We slept ever so well. The Italian owner even made us breakfast in the middle of the night as we had to leave early for our flight. Thanks again!

An excellent place! A nice green oasis within walking distance from the town. (We were not bothered by noise from the road) There is great breakfast (fresh fruit, home-made musli/bread, eggs) to be had that is not possible to pre-book through booking.com. The owner is very friendly and informative. Rafting company Green Rivers is located at the compound, so it is easy to arrange a tour and see equipment beforehand. We had one of the best days of our entire trip going rafting with them! They made a great tour that suited the whole family from a 6-year-old to an adventure racer. Highly recommended!

Located in rustic-style cabins, Heliconia Island’s stylish rooms feature bamboo furniture and either a fan or air conditioning. The private bathrooms offer a shower, a hairdryer and free toiletries. Big comfortable room and bed. The beautiful gardens were stunning with paths around the flowers, plants and trees. We saw many colorful birds and heard several howler monkeys. Dinner was offered and was delicious.
