The best place we stayed in Costa Rica. Dario and Frederica have set up something special here in Dos Brazos, near the Corcovado National Park. Set in the heart of the jungle, in a lovely small Gold Mining village this beautiful guest house is a fantastic place to stay. Great welcome, the most comfortable bed, shower and space of our trip so far. A lovely fresh breakfast, great self catering facilities (but Frederica is a chef and will cook your dinner). Watching the jungle birds from their deck was a true joy. They went out of their way to book us a guide for a day exploring the jungle - a shout out to Jose who was a brilliant tour guide to the jungle. He grew up in the village, was fantastically knowledgeable about animals, history and Costa Rican life. Speaking excellent English. He is also a great artist - get him to show you the furniture he makes. Dos Brazos is also worth a mention such a lovely little village, the residents there welcomed guests so warmly, everyone we met had a smile and hola. Try the homemade ice creams advertised from small house! Perfect treat after a hot walk. La Casita means little house, but this is a little house with a big heart thanks to Dario and Frederica’s love and attention to detail. Situated in Barrigones in the Puntarenas region, Corcovado Guide House features accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. This guest house provides a garden as well as a terrace. Bienvendidos is the word! The host is super friendly and so it felt as if we where visiting friends. The room is spacecious and good facilities. Everything you need to make you feel at home! Lovely hammock in the living room :D Don't hesitate.. Just go!

Set in Dos Brazos, in a property dating from 2018, Yejos features barbecue facilities and common space with free WiFi. We had an amazing time at this beautiful place and its host Josh and his son. Los Mineros Guesthouse is located in Dos Brazos del Rio Tigre, 50m from Corcovado National Park entrance and 13 km from Puerto Jiménez. It is set in beautiful gardens which can be seen from the rooms.... What a charming place! Beautiful gardens, big communal space and well equipped kitchen. Very clean bathroom and toilet. Susannah and Channy are very friendly and helpful. Lots of activities nearby and provided by our hosts. We highly recommend this place.

Set in La Palma in the Puntarenas region, Hospedaje y alojamiento Cabañas Don Beto has a patio. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the guest house free of charge. Don Beto and Danillo were so friendly. We had a lovely time staying on their property. Would definitely recommend! this stay was a highlight of our trip. Quiet and peaceful!

Situated in front of the school, El Manantial de Corcovado provides a garden and terrace. All rooms boast a private bathroom. The accommodation offers free WiFi. Close to the National park where we saw the most beautiful sunset. Very friendly stuff and a very beautiful place. I recommend to stay longer than just 1 night if possible.
