Kevin and his lovely wife ( Ann ) were amazing and very nice and helpful with sharing information about the areas attractions. The breakfast was delicious and plenty. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with private parking and within walking distance to the falls. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Niagara Falls.

Niagara Falls State Park is just a 10-minute walk from the bed and breakfast, and the American Falls, as well as International Rainbow Bridge to Canada just a mile away. Recently came back from a trip to Niagara with my husband. We stayed in the Regatta Room which was beautiful and very comfortable. Jamie and Dan were amazing hosts and gave us plenty of suggestions of what to do in the area and where to eat. The two course breakfasts were absolutely superb.

Is super close to the falls, is pretty, all remodeled, breakfast is great and parking is free.

We also got a free room upgrade! :) And breakfast is prepared based on your preferences, at your desired time. Would definitely stay here again, when visiting Niagra Falls next time.

Sunny was amazing! She was so sweet and accommodating with great recommendations for dinner and directions. She does everything herself from cooking an awesome breakfast, to cleaning, to reservation help and check-in. She even went way out of her way to make my birthday stay extra sweet! Although this home is not on the river with amazing views, it is in a very quiet neighborhood community with the walking/running/biking trail (which leads into town and the falls about a mile away) just across the street. We had the only downstairs suite with our own private entrance and loved it! There is a cute front porch to relax on and enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Very homey and perfect, especially for the price!

I recommend this B&B. John was the best host. He gave us key information about the visit at the falls. Really to!
