Upon entering the room, I was pleasantly surprised by its cleanliness. Not a speck of dust in sight, and everything seemed meticulously arranged. What truly stood out, though, was the traditional decoration adorning the room. It's rare to find such attention to detail in many hotels nowadays, and it added a unique charm to the ambiance. The staff were a highlight as well. Despite our late check-in, they greeted us with warm smiles and handled the process efficiently and professionally. It's always reassuring to encounter friendly faces after a long journey. The breakfast provided by the hotel was a saving grace. It boasted an impressive variety of options, ensuring there was something to please every palate.

There was no communication on what needed to happen at Check in and a security guard on arrival told us to go to C block but there was nobody there (apparently that check in closes at 6:30 p.m.) and we then went to the hotel check in an it took 30 minutes for them to find out which apartment we were to be in and provide us with the keys. It was a last minute booking so I assume this may have been the reason - we made the booking around 2 p.m and arrived around 7 p.m.
