The guesthouse has a special name, Seva which means an act of service coming from Indian religions (e.g. Hinduism, Sikhism). My partner who is an Indian loved the place and the concept behind. They provided home-made delicious vegetarian food with the Armenian traditions. The family that runs the guesthouse was super nice and eager to help us. They took care of organising our night trip to Byurakan observatory which is, by the way, just a 10 minutes walking distance from Seva guesthouse.
The view from the room opened to Ararat and Aragats mountains.
We stayed just for 1 night but we would have definitely liked to stay longer.
A good location for a hassle-free stay in Byurakan, Old Byurakan Gouest House is a guest house surrounded by views of the garden.

The location is great especially if you plan to visit Aragats mountain and/or Kari lake. It was easy to find, plenty of parking space.
The view is spectacular and there are hammocks available to relax.
Our booked room had some issues with hot water, so we were offered a two-bedroom "villa" property (with separate entrance) for the same price.
