The guesthouse has a special name, Seva which means an act of service coming from Indian religions (e.g. Hinduism, Sikhism). My partner who is an Indian loved the place and the concept behind. They provided home-made delicious vegetarian food with the Armenian traditions. The family that runs the guesthouse was super nice and eager to help us. They took care of organising our night trip to Byurakan observatory which is, by the way, just a 10 minutes walking distance from Seva guesthouse.

Luckily we found this place in armenia where we can rest and feel the ambiance of philippine province and makes us feel home again. The host are very nice and friendly. Their hospitality is superb. The location is great especially if you plan to visit Aragats mountain and/or Kari lake. It was easy to find, plenty of parking space.
The view is spectacular and there are hammocks available to relax.
Our booked room had some issues with hot water, so we were offered a two-bedroom "villa" property (with separate entrance) for the same price.
