Surprisingly quiet—we didn’t hear pub noise or traffic, despite being on a main highway. We unfortunately got there too late to take advantage of the free drinks and food discount included in the very reasonable rate.

Your rating was just okay due to the bathroom. The sink in the bathroom was just terrible so small and in the corner so hard to use. Would not stay again because of the size of the bathroom and sink in the room. Sorry, your staff were so nice.

Well located close to Chatswood station and shops. The staff were very helpful throughout. We arrived half an hour earlier than check-in but we were able to park our car and check in as our room was ready. We were also able to leave our bags with reception and our car in the hotel garage after 10am whilst we went out to get breakfast after we checked out.
Stunning views across to Sydney city and beyond. Good to have facilities like a pool, sauna, and gym but unfortunately no time this stay to use them.

I very much appreciated having a small refrigerator and microwave! That helped with our expenses. We could pick up some things at the market, and dine in when we chose to.
The staff were excellent and helpful. The lobby was very welcoming and we enjoyed have a light meal or a drink there occasionally. When I entered the hotel I felt like I had made a good choice.
