We have stayed at Gibraltar Bowral many times before but this stay was exceptionally disappointing. We did share our concerns regarding our dirty bathroom, cold showers and noise from what we think must have been the kitchen at 4am but staff at reception couldn’t care less.
Built in 1836, Fitzroy Inn is a beautifully restored colonial sandstone building that offers free Wi-Fi and an on-site tennis court. All adults-only accommodation has a flat-screen digital TV.

Perfect location, walking distance to town. Quaint older cottage with lovely old charm and decor. Fantastic facilities. Clean and tidy and the log fire was perfect. Host, Rob was very welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed a sibling get together for the first time in many years ( after attending an Aunt’s funeral).
