The staffs were super friendly and helpful. My son left his beloved teddy bear behind and the room service people didn't find it, but the gentleman working at the reception went into the room himself and found it. He made our day! Thank you.

It was surprisingly comfortable and great facilities. The evening restaurant meal was excellent despite a miscommunication with our order. The breakfast unfortunately was not such a good experience- this likely related to it being a long weekend. Staffing appeared to be short and despite their best efforts we couldn't find clean cutlery and it all felt a bit chaotic. But aside from this a really comfortable stay at an excellent price
