We had a late arrival, but the staff was welcoming, kind and accommodating. The complimentary items in the room was the nicest ive ever come across. We ordered room service and the food was amazing, my daughter said the steak sandwich was the best shes ever had. We will definately choose the mayfair for all future overnight trips!

Room was a good size, beds comfy and had everything we needed. Really liked the extra touches such as Robert Timms coffee bags, the takeaway plates and cups, packets of biscuits. Staff are very nice. Terrific to have the tavern on one side and restaurant on the other. Great regional motel, will stay again.

Location is perfect- right next to the hospital which is what we needed!! The cleanliness of the entire apartment was amazing also. The massive spa, washer and dryer, full kitchen facilities are all a huge bonus too!

Emerald Park Motel is situated directly across the Central Highlands Visitor Information Centre and within 5 minutes' walk from the Emerald Showgrounds and restaurants, cafes, and fast food stores.

After an 11 hour drive, we were delighted with our spacious, spotlessly clean room which featured all the amenities we needed for a 2 night stay. Emerald Park Motel exceeded our expectations and we'll certainly stay here again when next visiting Emerald.

We had such a fantastic experience while staying at the Emerald Inn. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and couldn’t do enough to accommodate us. The facilities were clean and tidy, well kept and spacious. We had plenty of room for us and our two children and had no issues allowing them to play and explore our room as it was safe and clean.
