The staff were nice. The venue was relatively empty of other visitors so it was nice to feel in our own space. The room was pleasant.

The rooms was great. Even though I didn't get the one large bed, we got two large beds which was awesome. The unit was clean and super comfortable. We didn't have breakfast this time though we have had it before and it was yum. The location is great, you don't have to move the car once you're there and can easily access the neighbourhood.

We were long term (45) years living on the northern beaches since moved to the mid north coast We were down for medical appointments Arrived 1am to music playing in the foyer our room was close to reception still could hear it so disturbed what little sleep I could grab I was in a wheelchair no assistance offered by duty staff member same on leaving in the morning like offering help with our bags I am a Accor member would not stay again

A wonderful stay at an amazing place . Loved the setting and a wonderful space . Great rooms with river views , really well stocked kitchen and comfortable reading room. Highly recommended. Booking and communication was easy. House was lovely and clean. Comfortable beds and good heating. They even provided two mini bottles of wine, which was a lovely surprise.
