We had a lovely one night stay at the apartment. Prior to arrival communication from the host was brilliant and check in was very easy. There was a nice welcome gift of wine, beer and chocolate mouse waiting in the fridge for us! The apartment is very nice, well designed, decorated and very clean. The apartment had everything needed to have a comfortable stay including a full kitchen and all utensils. Very nice stay and we will be back 😊

The house is spacious, stylish decorated and cozy. I think the best it fits 4 adults and 2-3 kids, however there are more sleeping places available. Garden is quite large and private, despite it is squeezed in between several houses. There is plenty of kitchenware and glassware, cooking for a big family is a pure joy! Fireplace is super charming and there is huge amount of firewood available in the shed. Parking for several cars is available in the street just in front of the house. Lovely Poperinge center is 8 minutes by car, also supermarkets can be found there. If you want a bigger choice, excellent french hypermarket is about 23 minutes away (Carrefour Hazebrouck).
Maison Miest, a property with barbecue facilities, is situated in Watou, 38 km from Dunkerque Train Station, 39 km from St Philibert Metro Station, as well as 44 km from Zoo Lille.

Four of us arrived on individual motorcycles, parked outside hotel. The rooms were very spacious and very clean. Reception staff very friendly. Breakfast was lovely and plenty to choose from. Spaces outside to sit down and relax. We stayed another night on our return journey from Germany. Would definitely use this hire again.

Good location, friendly enthusiastic helpful staff. Thank You all.Much appreciated.
The apartment is amazing and so well equipped , everything you could need. Ann, the host is a lovely kind friendly lady. She left us homemade chocolate mousse which was delicious and some beer and wine. I also met her friend who helped with our lack of Dutch. We only spent one night here but definitely want to return for longer as we loved it. Watou is a small lovely little town as well.
We got a text prior to arrival on how to retrieve a door key.
It was better than a hotel room and a wonderful chocolate mousse in the fridge ready for us.
We want to stay again but this time for a slightly longer time.
