The facilities in the loft were excellent, especially the outdoor fire and hot tub. The atmosphere was very enjoyable and peaceful, very attentive hosts and an excellent setting. We loved the privacy screens for the porch, a great touch!

We got a free upgrade on arrival, which was a welcome surprise. The city center was packed with people due to the long weekend but both gentleman on reception were really kind and we never felt awkward for the lack of understanding of the French language.

There is a lot of space in the room and the layout of the room is fun. I liked the bedroom being separated from the rest of the room, and that there were 2 bathrooms. The little kitchen was great, it had everything we needed. The room was very clean and beautiful. The surroundings are beautiful and it's nice that each room has access to a balcony. I liked the rustic style of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. It is a very relaxing hotel. I had high expectations and they were all surpassed.

The location was good. The staff was not friendly at all. All the facilities, including the hot tub closing way too early at 10 PM And after that, you have nothing else to do. we will not be returning to this hotel.
